At HLTN we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Center so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them. Email our Customer Service Center at HELLO@HLTNCO.COM and we will be happy to resolve the matter. Please have your Customer number available from your order and include in your email.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item. HLTN allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost but HLTN will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging. Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty, tags attached, undamaged) and must be received by HLTN within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day period.

If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate the item you would like an exchange for of equal or lesser value and any changes to the delivery address.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that items ordered from HLTNCO.COM are sold and shipped from the United States. For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We’re sorry we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for international exchanges due to high shipping costs. Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders must pay for shipping both ways prior to completing the exchange. Duties and Tariffs will not have to be paid for most international exchanges.

 

REFUNDS

You may expect a refund within 7-14 days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. We are unable to issue store credits or gift cards to be used at a later date. Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

 

PROCESSING

Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order. To cancel or edit an order, please reply to the confirmation email to our Customer Service department at HELLO@HLTNCO.COM ensures your order is shipped as desired.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order.

Sales tax will be included on all orders shipped within California.

Domestic

HLTN offers standard 7-10 business days shipping.

 

International

HLTN ships internationally via FedEx International Ground. Packages may take 7-10 business days (or more depending on customs) to reach its final destination. All orders shipped to international locations are subject to the respective country’s tariffs and taxes and buyer assumes all responsibility for those charges.

 

Rates
